Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Server Representative to provide exceptional dining experiences for our customers at El Nuevo Juana Cafe Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, answering questions about our menu, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries about menu items and preparation methods
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to the kitchen staff
  • Regularly check with customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Process customer payments and provide receipts at the end of the meal
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a server or in a related role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical demands of the position
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines and protocols
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service
