This role operates in a dynamic atmosphere where our primary goal is to ensure our clients feel valued and understood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers as they arrive at the Quick Lane, ensuring a prompt and friendly interaction.
- Facilitate effective communication with customers: Inform them about wait times, relay the findings from our Technicians during inspections, provide estimates for labor and parts, and seek customer approval for services.
- Maintain clear communication with the Quick Lane Manager, Lead Technician, and Lead Advisor regarding any issues or potential concerns related to repairs and equipment.
- Present the vehicle to the customer, reviewing the vehicle report card and addressing any inquiries they may have.
This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, and every third Saturday from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. When scheduled to work on Saturday, you will receive the preceding Monday off during the week.
Compensation: Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with direct deposit every Friday, in addition to monthly bonuses based on customer service performance.
