About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Carter's/OshKosh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
