- Greet all patients and obtain potential referrals, understanding current marketing promotions.
- Manage data entry and appointment scheduling using company-approved protocols and internal scheduling database software.
- Keep the office patient-ready by managing office supply inventory according to company-approved lists.
- Manage petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain hearing aid inventory and work with patients to collect all insurance documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous front office experience, preferably in a customer service or sales setting.
