Job SummaryWe are looking for a pharmacist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist in the coordination and supervision of daily pharmacy operations, ensuring seamless patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily pharmacy operations, including management of client profiles and medication therapy management.
- Provide excellent direct patient care and education, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Currently licensed as a registered pharmacist with a strong understanding of retail preparation and dispensing.
- Ability to work as a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and patients, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience, with a strong knowledge of specialized functions of non-sterile topical compounds preparation and dispensing.
- Knowledge of Pioneer Software and experience with Medication Therapy Management, Medication Synchronization, and direct patient care.

8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
