Role Overview

As an Electric Scooter Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet of electric scooters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your repair and diagnostic skills to ensure the optimal performance of our vehicles.
  • Conducting comprehensive repairs, including disassembling and refurbishing scooters.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with your supervisor regarding your progress and any challenges faced.
  • Collaborating with team members while also being capable of working independently.
  • Managing the movement of scooters and inventory within the service area.

Essential Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in working within a rapidly growing organization.
  • A strong enthusiasm for technology and vehicles.
  • Proficiency in using smartphone applications.
  • A proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability.
  • Solid understanding of hand tools.

Physical Requirements

Applicants should be prepared to:

  • Engage in physical activities such as bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds frequently.
  • Exhibit excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including a willingness to work weekends.
  • Thrive in both self-directed and collaborative environments.
  • Keep workspaces tidy and organized.
  • Stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous mechanical or related experience.
  • Background in delivery, transportation, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
