Role HighlightsWe are excited to offer a position for a Florida-licensed CT Imaging Specialist to deliver advanced imaging services to patients in accordance with established protocols. In this role, you will perform a variety of scans and biopsies while prioritizing patient care. If you are passionate about helping others, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic CT examinations with accuracy and empathy
- Demonstrate expertise in operating CT imaging equipment and related technologies
- Administer contrast agents and assist in associated procedures
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
- Maintain high standards of documentation and image quality
- Stay informed about advancements in the field and best practices
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment according to guidelines
- Provide on-call support as necessary for patient care
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- Active CRT licensure from the Florida Department of Health
- Current BLS certification is essential
- Proficient in the use and maintenance of CT and X-ray equipment
- Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care
