CT Technologist PRN Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital. As a CT Technologist PRN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Job Summary

The CT Technologist PRN will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures applying computerized ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. This includes operating the CT equipment, developing and organizing films, and maintaining A.L.A.R.A. standards while performing all types of procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to expose radiographic film
  • Develop and organize films
  • Maintain A.L.A.R.A. standards
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff
Requirements
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R); (CT) preferred
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Graduate of Technical Degree or Associate Degree in accredited Radiology Technology Program
  • 1 - 3 years of experience preferred
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
