Position Overview
***Hybrid work model - In-office presence required 3 days a week***
The Tax Accountant will report directly to the Global Tax Leader and will be primarily tasked with collaborating with corporate functions to fulfill tax reporting obligations and enhance the company’s tax position. This role involves providing both U.S. and international tax analysis, supporting project management, and assisting the Global Tax Leader in preparing tax compliance, tax accounting, and transfer pricing evaluations, as well as calculating foreign tax credits and managing internal reorganizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about changes in U.S. tax legislation and assess their implications
- Design and implement strategies for tax savings
- Assist with local tax reporting and audits (annual, quarterly, VAT, etc.)
- Collaborate with non-U.S. controllership in various regions
- Enhance understanding of tax regulations in local jurisdictions
- Support the implementation of structural changes to optimize tax responsibilities legally and ethically
- Work alongside the Global Tax Leader to design and execute planning opportunities, reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures, utilizing both internal and external resources
- Assist functional leaders in understanding and improving sustainable tax outcomes
- Provide accurate financial and tax reporting that reflects the impact of tax strategies
- Facilitate the preparation, execution, documentation, and communication of tax planning to relevant teams
- Conduct quantitative analyses to support decision-making
- Maintain and manage the corporate legal entity structure for leadership and advisors

- At least 2 years of tax experience in public accounting, law firms, or multinational corporations
