Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Dispensary Associate to provide genuine customer experiences with professionalism, poise, and patience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis and strong adherence to protocol and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • The Dispensary Associate assesses individual customer needs, provides superior product knowledge, and conducts sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • The Associate supports retail operations by maintaining working areas in a clean and orderly state.
  • The Dispensary Associate trains for and adapts to various roles to meet day-to-day requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year prior experience in retail sales or similar environment.
  • Proven organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Efficacy with technology and point of sale systems; cash handling.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including vaccination support and professional development opportunities.
