Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Operator to contribute to our team in Binghamton, NY. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for safely bending and packaging finished products, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately complete quality assurance and work order paperwork
- Produce high-quality swedge and repair couplings that meet or exceed quality specifications
- Test and measure products to ensure conformance to required specifications
- Change out bell pins and strip plates safely and efficiently
- Produce straight cuts on table saw and chop saw
- Accurately record scrap product
- Perform maintenance and cleanup for production and storage areas
- Follow plant safety rules and wear proper PPE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Positive team member with a focus on lifting others to a higher level

- Complete required training
- Develop relationships within the department
- Be well-versed in Fabrication strategic priorities and your role in daily operations
