Job Overview:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the HR engagement and communication calendar.
  • Handle general office management tasks including phone coverage, call screening, and calendar organization.
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel.
  • Schedule interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related meetings.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for HR initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Support various HR functions such as payroll, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in employee relations and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate's Degree or a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
  • Prior experience in HR within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
