We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Old Bridge Medical Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide patient-centered nursing care to diverse patient populations and contribute to maintaining safe and quality clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for assigned patients.
- Deliver high-quality patient care by consistently and accurately completing all tasks associated with the nursing care assignment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and visitors, delivering care with sensitivity and respect.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Administer medications and treatments as needed, and evaluate patient responses to interventions.
- Report changes in patient condition to the primary RN and/or Charge Nurse.
- Respond to emergency situations on the unit and communicate with the nursing team to solve complex issues related to patient care.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Minimum of 1 year LPN experience preferred
