About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate with Verizon, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of sales professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.

You will learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. You will position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. You will close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, one or more years of work experience, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience working in a commission-based environment and demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions are highly desirable.
