Responsibilities:

  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety on the property's grounds, including snow removal.
  • On-Call Schedule: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage for emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Experience: Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required. Must be available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent, and 3-5 years' experience in site maintenance required.
