Vinyasun is a licensed, vertically integrated solar energy provider operating in Florida since 2014, with a leadership team experienced in the solar industry since 2001. We are dedicated to helping families reduce their energy costs through transparent sales practices while ensuring resilience against power outages with our advanced battery backup systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in daily sales activities, consistently promoting our solar solutions.
  • Achieve individual sales targets established by management.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach with integrity, presenting effective solutions.
  • Generate and nurture leads independently, scheduling appointments with potential customers.
  • Conduct both in-home and virtual sales presentations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to installation, ensuring follow-up with all leads.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a successful history in selling home improvement products.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM software; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant fields such as:
    • Solar and battery storage
    • Home improvement sales
    • Home security systems
    • Television and media sales
    • Pest control services
    • Smart home technology
    • Direct sales methodologies

Work Environment

Your workspace may include your home or a designated area within your sales territory. You will be responsible for conducting both in-person and virtual product demonstrations. A professional setup is required for remote work, with allowances for minor interruptions.

While in the field, you will actively seek sales opportunities and referrals in neighborhoods surrounding your appointments.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to climb ladders (for attic access).
  • Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable navigating various terrains while canvassing neighborhoods.
  • Proficient in using a laptop or tablet for completing forms and applications.
