As the leading CENTURY 21 Office in Connecticut, we pride ourselves on our exceptional productivity and commitment to excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with candidates currently preparing for their real estate licensing exams, as well as experienced agents. You will assess their qualifications and ensure they align with our company standards while also determining their compatibility with our team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential recruits through various channels including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
- Leverage technology platforms and CRM systems to manage recruitment processes.
- Maintain a robust CRM database to nurture leads.
- Conduct daily outreach to achieve recruitment targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
- Effectively communicate our company culture and value proposition to prospective agents.
- Achieve hiring goals and objectives.
- Organize and conduct both in-person and virtual interviews with candidates.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active Connecticut Real Estate License.
- Experience with CRM software is essential.
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Agent, Office Manager, or Recruiter is required, although prior recruitment experience does not need to be within the real estate sector.
