Job Title: Respiratory Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics and Treatment: Perform diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and education according to established protocols or physician instructions.
  • Patient Safety: Demonstrate competency in ensuring patient safety at all times.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, family members, hospital staff, and physicians.
  • Patient Care: Provide appropriate patient care and anticipate patient/family needs and comfort.
Requirements
  • Certification: Must have NBRC Certification credentials.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited program of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Licensure: Healthcare Provider BLS is required within three months of hire, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a critical care ICU setting.
