We are seeking a skilled Child Health Care Specialist to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Pediatric RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to pediatric patients with various conditions.

Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients with conditions such as gastroenteritis, asthma, RSV, and dehydration.
  • Maintain a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a unit with 4 private rooms, ensuring optimal care and comfort for our patients.
  • Collaborate with mid-level coverage and respiratory therapy (RT) support staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage equipment, including heated high flow and CPAP, in collaboration with RT staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar pediatric nursing role.
  • BLS and PALS certifications, with Must-Have skills including Peds-Med Surg experience.
  • No Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) required; nursing staff of two always maintained.
