Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team at Kura Sushi Carle Place. As a Fish Cutter, you will be responsible for accurately cutting, preparing and portioning of fish, while ensuring high-quality food safety standards and maintaining a clean restaurant environment.

• Experience in accurately cutting, preparing and portioning of fish.
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.

Schedule

Full-time and Part-time hours available. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
