We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team. As a Fish Cutter at Kura, you will be responsible for accurately cutting, preparing, and portioning of fish. You will also be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in food preparation and handling
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
