Job Summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a skilled Structural Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating major aircraft structures, including fuselage panels and bulkheads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fabricate aircraft structures using various materials and techniques
  • Align parts on jigs using templates and fixtures
  • Assemble sheet metal details and assembly parts using approved methods and hand tools
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals
Requirements
  • FAA Airframe certification (A&P certification) or current enrollment in an education program
  • Minimum of five years of structural assembly or repair experience in the military
  • Experience with hand tools and/or specialty equipment
  • Experience with measuring devices and general production knowledge
