Job Title: Service Operations Supervisor

Xylem is seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and effectively managing the delivery of project scope and planning shop operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple employees, specialized vehicles/equipment, inventory, and building materials.
  • Ensure staff adhere to established policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Work with the Service Center Manager to hire, develop, and support direct reports.
  • Execute the established training program for all shop service personnel.
  • Provide input during the proposal phase of projects and ensure positive delivery of scope.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed of shop repair activities, risk, and mitigation strategies.
  • Responsible for effective quality assurance and quality control on all aspects of service repairs.
Requirements:
  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • 3-5 years of submersible pump experience required.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office and standard asset systems/software.
  • Waste Water System experience and pump experience is a plus.
