Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Welding Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for quality work and experience in a manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement welding engineering operations to take the next level

Program and troubleshoot robotic welders and ancillary equipment

Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions

Plan, organize and maintain equipment and process data

Adhere to the highest standards of excellence with attention to detail

Maintain safety standards in the welding engineering operations

Ensure quality control standards are met

Reducing equipment downtime

Develop and implement Continuous Improvement suggestions

Manage resources and personnel within the welding engineering operations

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Certified Welding Inspector from an approved internationally recognized organization

5 years of experience in welding operations or 5 years of combined metallurgical experience

Skills

Resistance spot welding

Tungsten inert gas TIG

Metal inert gas MIG

Robotic welder

Hydraulics and pneumatics
