Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven transportation engineer with project management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressively responsible transportation engineering experience, a PE license, and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $90,000 and $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Senior Civil Engineer Leader, you will work with clients and project teams to develop scopes, fees, and schedules and negotiate them with clients. You will also establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance expectations, create and revise project work plans, delegate responsibilities and tasks, identify resources needed, and manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes.

You will participate in business development, looking for new work opportunities with existing and new clients, listening for and seeking out new projects that may exist or are being formulated, identifying add-on opportunities as they relate to specific projects, participating in proposal development for new projects, and participating in interviews and presentations as needed.
