At Scozzari Builders, Inc, we are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to support our administrative functions. This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to perform various clerical tasks, including planning appointments and events, greeting onsite guests, and answering phone calls.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office operations and maintain accurate records
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and contractors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
- Develop and implement effective filing systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detailed and accurate with a high level of professionalism
