- Conducting a minimum of 25 client sessions weekly with a diverse clientele (with the option to increase client load).
- Delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with a dynamic team to fulfill our community's needs.
- Employing creativity in interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Coordinating care for assigned clients to ensure seamless treatment.
- Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, supervision, and community outreach.

- Additional responsibilities as necessary.
- A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Clinical licensure in good standing in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
- Experience in conducting intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Timely completion and submission of service documentation.
- Comfortable working with a diverse client population.
- General knowledge of community resources and insurance billing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.
- Ability to pass a background check.
