GEOINT Throughput Analysis Specialist

Position Overview:
The GEOINT Throughput Analysis Specialist is responsible for evaluating a diverse range of intelligence and information pertinent to the threats impacting critical national systems, assets, and resources. This role involves conducting comprehensive research studies and formulating actionable recommendations. The specialist will lead or contribute to sanctioned studies and provide in-depth analysis in response to specific threats and incident reports as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of extensive programs within the function, regularly engaging with senior management and executive leadership.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to the organization in specialized areas.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the overall function.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience with GEOINT collection requirements, operations, or TCPED processes in roles such as Source Throughput Analyst, Source Strategies Analyst, or collection manager.
- Familiarity with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), including tools like FishTools and PRISM.
- Understanding of government Enterprise Services dissemination processes and the supporting architectures.
- Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and their capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively to enhance GEOINT throughput.
- Capacity to engage with partners across the intelligence community and Department of Defense to foster innovation and facilitate intelligence integration.
- Proficiency in discovering, collaborating on, and integrating new technologies into GEOINT TCPED.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
- High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of analytical experience; Associate's degree with 8+ years; Bachelor's degree with 6+ years; or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as an imagery or geospatial analyst.
- Familiarity with GIS tools and capabilities.
- Experience with GIMS Advanced Search and Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS).
- Aptitude for facilitating interagency collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; a Master's degree is advantageous.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Compensation:
At Booz Allen, we recognize your contributions and provide opportunities and choices that support your overall well-being. Our compensation package includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave and professional development. The projected salary range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually, reflecting the typical salary range and part of our total compensation package.
