Job Title: Counterintelligence Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

Advantage SCI is seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Operations Specialist to support our government contract with the U.S. Army. As a key member of our team, you will provide Counterintelligence (CI) support to a DOD Special Compartmented Information (SCI)/ Special Access Program (SAP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide CI support to a DOD SCI/SAP, including research, analysis, and presentation of information and decision briefs.
  • Develop and perform intelligence and threat analysis, utilizing IC analyst tools and applications.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled counterintelligence and Due Diligence reviews of various operational functions, and coordinate with governmental IC agencies to facilitate mission preparation.
  • Assist in the analysis, coordination, and integration of intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications within critical geographical functional areas.
  • Present a full range of CI briefings and reports, and prepare, formulate, coordinate, and staff a wide variety of operational and administrative correspondence.
  • Interface with the Intelligence Community as requested, and update the Government's databases, intelligence files, and other required documents to successfully complete the mission.
  • Stay abreast of military, political-military, technical, and other developments to conduct valid threat assessments, and maintain office files, prepare administrative reports, and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Support customer's Signature Reduction (SIGREDUX) efforts as needed to protect Critical Information, and provide advice and assistance to develop SIGREDUX and identity management concepts and procedures.
  • Perform other CI functions as designated, and possess and maintain a current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Meet the minimum requirements of four (4) years' experience in a government-related field, as it relates to DoD 5105 series of pubs and instructions, and two (2) years' experience in liaison between government agencies and conducting CI analysis and/or All-Source of programs and operations.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and have knowledge of and familiarization using various types of analyst tools and classified message databases, such as Analyst Notebook, Proton, Google Earth, Hot-R, Palantir, ArcGis, IC Reach, and Voltron.

Working Conditions:

  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis.
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
  • Work in a low to moderate noise level environment.
