As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Wyandotte Clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the RoleThis position offers a Sign-on Bonus of $1,000, paid in two increments of $500 at hire and $500 after 90 days of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  2. Take health histories, perform health counseling, and administer medications and treatments as needed.
  3. Provide nursing care and assist physicians and providers in delivering comprehensive patient care.
  4. Follow up on abnormal lab results and imaging results to ensure timely interventions.
  5. Engage in proactive pre-visit planning and patient teaching to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold a valid LPN license in the State of Missouri and/or Kansas.
  • Possess Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Associate degree in practical nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption for vaccination accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer competitive compensation, including an estimated $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
