JOB PURPOSE


The Luxury Client Consultant fosters relationships with both new and existing clients of Burberry, delivering a tailored and elevated experience that drives commercial success.

Reporting to store management, the Luxury Client Consultant will captivate our clients by expressing a genuine passion for the brand, fashion, and luxury goods.

As a specialist in client engagement and service, the Luxury Client Consultant exhibits a profound understanding of styling and sales.



RESPONSIBILITIES

SERVICE AND SALES
Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs

Through storytelling and enthusiasm for the brand, inspire our clients, creating desire and loyalty with every interaction

Deliver a luxury service while demonstrating expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling

Guide the Client journey to enhance the Client experience in-store: Ensure a memorable first impression; understand your client, be a product and styling expert, and finalize the sale to nurture the client relationship.


Be diligent in following up and providing after-sales services to our clients

Contribute to the daily operations of the store by upholding high luxury standards in both front and back of house, including appropriate product levels and replenishment, assisting with inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom upkeep as needed

Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Utilize visual techniques to maintain visual standards in accordance with Burberry guidelines

Encourage teamwork and foster a positive work environment

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
Establish meaningful connections with Clients

Work by appointment to offer a personalized service and cultivate relationships with our clients to enhance loyalty and encourage additional purchases.


Attract new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client base with a commercially focused mindset

PERSONAL PROFILE

A proven history of achieving sales and exceeding targets

Prior experience in Clientelling

A strong passion for fashion, art, and culture

In-depth product knowledge and a solid understanding of retail operations

Awareness of competitor offerings

Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is preferred

  • Expected base salary for the role will be between $21.00 and $21.63 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis depending on various factors, including, but not limited to, professional skills, knowledge, and experience. The compensation for this position also includes commission earnings as a percentage of sales. The Company also offers free shares after one year of service, equivalent to 500GBP, pursuant to the terms of the share plan.
