Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Project Coordinator to support corporate departments at Pratum Companies in Gaithersburg, MD. This full-time role will involve managing administrative tasks, projects, and processes to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings for team members, coordinating logistics and ensuring effective time management.
  • Support property operations teams with projects spanning our managed portfolio of properties, including rent reporting, utility tracking, procurement, collections, and general leadership assistance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR departments on company announcements, intranet content, social media support, vendor administration, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research, assemble data, and analyze findings to prepare accurate reports and documents.
  • Interact with external clients, associates, business partners, and stakeholders, responding to incoming communications and taking comprehensive notes during meetings when required.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience providing high-level administrative support to executives.
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects, tasks, and stakeholder expectations, with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Familiarity with standard office practices and procedures, with a high school diploma required and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Benefits:

This non-exempt position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $26.45-$33.65 per hour, depending on relevant factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance. Additionally, the role may be eligible for discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses, overtime compensation, and benefits outlined on the Company's website.
