Multifamily Leasing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Multifamily Leasing Professional to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a monthly commission based on performance indicators.

The anticipated wage scale for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with the possibility of a higher salary based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, successful candidates will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:

The Multifamily Leasing Professional will be responsible for leasing apartments at our multifamily unit community in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting, qualifying, and providing tours of the community to prospective residents.
• Presenting features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Leasing apartments, including closing sales, securing lease agreements, and processing applications.
• Following up with prospects regarding the status of their application.
• Ensuring that apartments are ready for residents to move-in on agreed dates.
• Assisting management with resident programs, administration, and retention strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly.
• Leasing, sales, and closing skills.
• Competence in the use of standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, and photocopiers.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Demonstrated strong work ethics and ability to adapt to change.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 6 months of service industry experience.
