Position Summary
We are in search of a Solar Operations and Maintenance Specialist to enhance our Service Department. The ideal candidate should possess technical proficiency and an understanding of basic wiring and schematics necessary for diagnosing and maintaining solar systems. We value dependability and expect our team members to uphold high standards of business ethics, professionalism, and effective communication with colleagues, clients, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and monitor the performance of electrical equipment, identifying hazards and making necessary adjustments or replacements.
- Assist with tasks on rooftops.
- Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments.
- Maintain and repair motor control centers and programmable logic controls.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and supplies, promoting workplace safety and environmental best practices.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Compensation: $20-$25 per hour based on experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in solar technology is required
- Ability to assess and resolve issues with Enphase systems
- Capable of lifting solar panels and setting up ladders independently
- Familiarity with the Enlighten app is necessary
- Proficient in using iOS and Android systems for documentation and troubleshooting
- Some electrical experience is required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working on roofs and in attics
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is mandatory
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
- Willingness to work on weekends as needed
