  • Evaluates demand and forecasts to develop an optimized purchasing strategy
  • Issues purchase orders based on supplier delivery timelines
  • Monitors inventory performance to enhance fill rate availability and reduce stock shortages
  • Ensures data integrity within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Defines supplier selection criteria and oversees the supply chain
  • Guarantees that production schedules are adhered to and materials are allocated promptly
  • Maintains inventory accuracy and ensures adherence to compliance standards
  • Identifies opportunities for process enhancements to improve operational practices

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Supply Chain and Inventory Management Best Practices
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with cloud-based inventory management systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven track record in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators
  • Strong leadership capabilities in team oversight, influence, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Material Management, or Supply Chain Management
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant managerial experience
