**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Emory Healthcare. This individual will play a key role in managing the revenue cycle operations for our reproductive medicine department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and experience in managing teams. They should be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

This position offers a competitive salary of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the revenue cycle operations for the reproductive medicine department
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them
  • Supervise a team of staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve clinic operations and revenue management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on revenue cycle operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
