About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Randstad USA. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and leverage industry expertise to maximize business potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and strategically position Randstad Digital to drive growth within key segments
  • Leverage industry knowledge and thought leadership to envision technology-driven solutions that transform customer businesses
  • Serve as an expert business consultant within an industry segment
  • Optimize and amplify current relationships by engaging with clients as their primary point of contact
  • Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
Requirements
  • 3 years of selling technical products
  • Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts
  • Skill in cultivating enduring relationships founded on principles of integrity
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and influence
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A history of outperformance

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
