Material Handler

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team in Sandusky, Ohio. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our production process by consistently hanging metal parts onto the paint line, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following work orders based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Labeling and placing stickers on conveyors and hampers
• Accurately posting transactions using shop floor data collection devices
• Utilizing hand and power tools to assemble products when needed
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in a clean and well-lit environment. While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly be required to stand, walk, use your hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Occasionally, you will need to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. You must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
