Job DescriptionAs a dedicated team driver, your primary responsibility will be to haul home improvement supplies in a dry van trailer. You will drive within CO, IA, KS, MO, ND, NE, SD, and WY, and enjoy a consistent schedule with 10 loads per week. One of the highlights of this position is the ability to take your dog or cat on the road with Schneider's Team Pet Policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Must be a formed team with valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
- Paid orientation for new drivers.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year.
