Childcare Specialist

WeVillage is a leading provider of high-quality early childhood education and care, seeking an experienced Childcare Specialist to join our team. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to young children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About the Job:

  • Provide individualized attention and support to children, addressing their unique needs and interests
  • Develop and implement activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a childcare setting
  • Teacher Qualified certification
  • Enrollment in Oregon Criminal History Registry
  • RRCAN Training
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
