The Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist will be tasked with formulating, revising, and executing security protocols, procedures, and standards to protect the IT Portfolio and ensure adherence to relevant guidelines.

This role encompasses responding to security breaches, overseeing security systems, and performing routine vulnerability assessments and remediation planning. The Specialist will also assist in acquiring and sustaining system Authorization to Operate (ATO) status.

Position Responsibilities:
• Formulate and execute security protocols and standards.
• Oversee systems and react to security breaches.
• Manage security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and develop remediation plans.
• Assist in compliance with ATO status and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:
• Top Secret Clearance is Required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in information security (mid-level)
• 8+ years of experience in information security (senior-level)
• 10+ years of experience in information security (subject matter expert)
• Familiarity with security guidelines and frameworks.
• Proficiency with security management tools.
