Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Supervisor at HSS, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the delivery of patient care on assigned units
- Managing staffing levels and ensuring adequate coverage
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an acute care setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
