About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Guide, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning in our preschool-age children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and understand each child's physical, intellectual, and emotional needs, and provide personalized support to meet their unique requirements.
  • Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that encourages concentration, independence, and deep learning, aligned with the principles of Montessori education.
  • Cultivate independence and self-confidence by helping children develop practical skills, literacy, and math, and by providing individual and small-group lessons.
  • Form personal connections with each child and foster a community of respect, while communicating and collaborating effectively with parents to provide the best possible support for every child.
