We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Courtesy Patrol at Roberts Communities. As a key member of our resort team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our resort.

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests and residents warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the resort.
• Engage with Residents and Guests: Foster a sense of community by engaging with residents and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to a Positive Resort Experience: Work collaboratively with other resort teams to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests.
