Resort Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Resort Ambassador. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests and residents, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Escort arriving guests to their sites, assisting with parking and ensuring the safety of resort property.
• Monitor compliance with resort rules and regulations, reporting any infractions to management.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff, providing clear and concise information and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the overall success of the resort.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety and security protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for using equipment and tools.
• Clear vision and hearing to communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
