An ideal Assistant Manager will possess at least a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage sector.

Your Responsibilities May Include...
  • Fostering a safe and inviting atmosphere for guests by welcoming them, anticipating their needs, exceeding their expectations, and implementing innovative solutions for exceptional service.
  • Monitoring the facility and kitchen areas to ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Assessing temperature, appearance, and taste of products, as well as evaluating preparation methods to ensure quality.
  • Leading, motivating, rewarding, and coaching team members.
  • Implementing systems and processes that ensure the smooth operation of the theatre.
  • Assisting with recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators to enhance guest satisfaction and overall results.
  • Identifying opportunities to boost brand visibility and attract guests to the dining areas.
  • Following the directives of theatre and corporate management teams.
