Nurse Supervisor

Ellicott Center, a 160-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our Weekend Warrior Program in Buffalo, NY.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
- Promote resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Manage documentation of resident care services.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
- Strong and positive leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
