Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, your duties will include:
- Providing direct patient care.
- Administering medications and documenting their effects.
- Monitoring vital signs and accurately recording them in patient charts.
- Ensuring resident comfort and well-being.
- Preparing and administering injections and enemas.
- Collecting samples and overseeing catheter management.
- Delivering wound care.
- Assisting in training and guiding staff as needed.

Qualifications
We prefer candidates with at least one (1) year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Essential requirements include:
- A current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
