Job Description

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to work in a school setting in the United States. This position offers the chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, while providing essential speech and language services to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language services to students in a school setting
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of students' progress
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Previous school experience and IEP exposure is preferred, but not required
  • Guaranteed hours for direct/indirect services and weekly pay
