About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Executive to join our team at Riveron Corp. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our clients during periods of significant change and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounting and finance function, redesigning systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement budgets and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide expert financial data-driven advice to support transparent and informed decision-making.
  • Partner with clients to execute successful audits, timely and accurate financial close, and internal and external financial and business reporting.
  • Build a working knowledge of Riveron's various service offerings to identify business improvement opportunities and work with the larger Riveron team to deliver additional services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 12 years of combined experience in professional services and industry accounting and/or financial management roles.
  • Proven success in supporting companies to adapt and succeed in an environment of significant change.
  • Broad skill set and understanding of best practices for accounting and finance operations, including budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, audit support, cash flow forecasting, and management/sponsor/lender reporting.
  • Good understanding of critical business processes related to order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report, including the ability to leverage systems and technology to improve processes.
  • Prior experience as a CFO, CAO, or Controller within a private equity-owned business with revenues between $50M and $800M.
  • Prior experience working with auditors, specifically on PBC requests, preparation of financial statements, and support.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $320,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible).
